Hospice of Martha’s Vineyard is dedicated to a singular mission: To offer free, quality hospice care and counseling services to all those facing serious illness and death. We treat every patient and family with a supportive approach that is personalized to their circumstances. Our purpose is to provide compassionate, supportive care for those facing the end of life and to comfort their loved ones. Our vision is to be a leader in end of life care.

– Coordination of medical, social and spiritual services, whether provided on or off the Island;

Stewardship: We raise money and utilize our resources to fully fund our professional services and operations at no cost to our patients and their families.
